Gemma is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT), Registered Prenatal Yoga Teacher (RPYT), Certified Meditation Teacher, Dance Teacher and Mother. After many years of traveling around the world, Gemma found her passion for helping and teaching others in the world of Yoga, Mindfulness, and Meditation. She experienced life as a full-time working mother, with a traveling husband, and family miles away. It was then that her desire to provide accessible, at home, and on-demand classes was born.

It is relaxing, refreshing, calm/meditative, uplifting, and powerful. This logo shocases the fusion of yoga, dance, and meditation. *You can change the background pop of color depending on your mood!
